Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the marketplace by buyers, sellers, brokers and brokerages.
1. The service
Yacht Listing Check is an advertising platform. We are not a party to any sale, do not act as broker or agent for either side, and do not hold client funds.
2. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must be the owner of the boat or authorised to offer it for sale. We may edit, decline or remove any listing that breaches the listing content policy.
3. Enquiries
Enquiries are passed to the seller and to our support team. Enquiries must not be used for marketing, scraping or any unlawful purpose.
4. No warranty
Specifications, images and prices are supplied by sellers and are not warranted by us. Buyers must satisfy themselves through survey, sea trial and independent legal advice before purchase.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the marketplace is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the marketplace after an update constitutes acceptance.
