How the Yacht Listing Analysis works

A Yacht Listing Analysis runs in five steps: you send the yacht or listing, the request is reviewed manually, the listing and its supporting material are examined, comparable public listings are researched, and the findings are written up and delivered privately as a PDF report. Each report is prepared individually; there is no automated output.

An optional call to walk through the recommendations.

What you need to supply

At minimum, the listing URL, or for an unpublished yacht the draft specification, the intended asking price and the photographs planned for release. Refit scope, engine and generator hours, survey status and the current lying position materially improve the depth of the analysis. Anything that cannot be shared is recorded in the report as a limitation rather than guessed at.

Questions about the process

The Yacht Listing Analysis Report provides independent market and listing related information for decision support. It is not a formal yacht valuation and does not replace a yacht survey, technical inspection, legal advice, tax advice, class review, or brokerage agreement.
