Listing content policy
Standards every listing must meet before it is published.
Accuracy
Specifications must reflect the boat as it stands today, including refits, engine hours and any known defects that materially affect value. Do not list a boat you are not authorised to sell.
Images
Use photographs of the actual boat. Stock or sistership images must be labelled as such, and you must hold the rights to every image you upload.
Pricing
Show a genuine asking price in the currency you are asking in, or use price on application. Artificial reductions and bait pricing are not permitted, and every change is recorded in price history.
Duplicates
One live listing per boat. Duplicate detection flags matching hull identification numbers, references and builder/model/year/length combinations for review.
Enforcement
Listings that breach this policy are unpublished. Repeat breaches may result in the account being closed. Report a problem listing to hello@yachtlistingcheck.com.
