How we use it

Enquiry data is shared with the seller of the boat you enquired about so they can respond. Account and submission data is used to operate the marketplace and to review listings. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to support the sale process and for our own record keeping. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
